What a beautiful wedding venue Ashridge House is! I had already visited this stunning venue in Berkhamsted previously for their pre wedding session so I knew what the house and grounds had to offer! The estate comprises 5,000 acres of woodlands and even has a tree planted by Queen Victoria!
Ashridge House Wedding photography
I started the day with Joan for some preparation photos, plenty of fun behind the scenes with a very excited Joan! I have to say her wedding dress was amazing, beautiful detail! With another dress for their tea ceremony and one for the evening, each one absolutely beautiful!
The ceremony was stunning, the main hall at Ashridge House with the beautiful staircase really couldn’t be anymore picturesque and the string quartet was the icing on the cake!
Afterwards it was confetti and drinks out in the lawn, the weather was lovely with the sun shining and perfect for their family photographs! We spent 10-15 mins for their portraits together and the same again later in the day to make the most of the grounds, you are a bit spoilt in this venue to be honest, so many backdrops!
I stayed until a little while after first dance, below are just a few from the day!
